I need the design and 3d done for a guest sitting room

a luxury seating area for maximum number of guests.

sofas must be chosen from uk sites or sites that ship to the uk, which are not made to order, tables and other items can be custom as i will make them if unavailable to order.

lighting should be special(i can make this or order if available) . ceiling must be flat but with details, (no double level ceiling)

ac is ceiling duct type and i will use liner slots in the room)

window dimensions are not accurate i will give the accurate size tomorrow.

the entrance door can me moved slightly so do this in accordance to furniture layout (i need this dimension asap)

i will chose tiles just let me know the color and style to work with.
