Hello,
I have a little job that I hope you can do for me.
We have planning permission for a demolition and need the drawings for the proposed work for a building warrant.
We are in Scotland so I know that we use different terms for the same things - is it called a building permit in England?
We have all the drawings in .dwg of the existing building.
We have the structural engineers drawings for the whole project.
The whole project includes further demolition and new building work but that will be at a later date - we just need to get on with the demolition just now.
The work requires replacement beams above three doors and we will need to show them in the new drawings.
So what we need ius.
The proposed North Elevation and the new basement plan.
All the existing drawings are on google drive if you want to see them. These are the rendered drawings, I have the survey drawings too if they are needed but I don't think they are.
This is a listed building in a conservation area but we have all permissions in place for this work.
The drawings uploaded are:
17004 AEN EX.dwg North (rear) Elevation existing
17004 AP-01 EX.dwg Basement floor plan existing
17004 AP00 EX.dwg Ground Floor plan existing
17004 AP01 EX.dwg First Floor plan existing
17004 AP02 EX.dwg Roof plan existing
Anstruther Topo.dwg Topology of plot
1790-1B.pdf Engineering drawing of ALL proposed work
(Not all of this work will be reflected in the drawing we need)
demolish.pdf An extract from 1790-1B.pdf showing the area we need changes to.
mock up of drawing.pdf A handy sketch of the drawing required (my effort, LOL)
basement demolition.pdf Hopefully useful sketch
