I need internal remodelling proposals shown in a simple floor plan in AutoCAD

I have a neat to-scale floor plan in autocad showing existing two storey house. I need proposed internal works to be shown on plans.

Brief scope of work:
Watch the video instructions describing proposed changes
Draw new wall layout
Show furniture and sanitary fittings (from a template provided)
Show sockets and light switches etc.
Update room floor areas and captions
Add a brief description of proposed works
Adjust text and viewports in paper space to show all floor plans

I will provide a video to talk you through exactly what needs doing.
