Description

Design details: I have PDF drawing of the house we plan to build. I need the following work done to the plans:
1. Convert the plans to a format that I can open in Turbo CAD and alter myself if needed. Probably DWG but will take advice on what's best.
2. I need the house to be drawn as a mirror image of how it is currently drawn and re-positioned on the site.
3. I need to add an additional piece of ground to the site plan.
4. I need to change some of the materials on the house. The roof has to be standing seam metal, not slate. The stone base course is not required.
5. One of the windows in the rear elevation has to be removed
6. The windows on the rear elevation of the sunlounge have to be changed to French doors with side windows.
7. The site block plan needs to have additional land added to the plot and the blue shading removed from the surrounding land.
8. The ground and first floor plans need to be altered. I have a sketch showing the new layout that can be copied.
The changes are fairly basic. I need to change some of the notes on the plan and I can provide the text to be inserted onto the plan.
Once this has been done I would need detailed technical drawings produced for building standards and the building warrant. These would also be used as construction drawings on-site. This would be a seperate job.
I have attached the ground floor plan, an elevation and the site plan for your information.
I would need this completed urgently.
Ideas for the visual style: copy exisitng plans
