I need an Architect for planning resubmission immediately Kingston, UK.
My planning application got rejected due to reason "The proposed first floor side extension would result in the total loss of the cat-slide roof which is a distinct feature of properties along XXX Close and the wider area". I have the CAD drawings, I need someone to amend the same and resubmit so that for successful planning approval.
You have to -
1) amend drawings as per the rejection criteria
2) resubmit Kingston council
3) help through till planning permission success

Can you please post the drawings so they can be assessed.
If you could confirm that you are aware that the no charge policy from the Local Planning Authority, the so called "free go" is a one shot deal, so any changes you require to satisfy the Authorities requirements need to be completely in the proposal.
