I need a pneumatic tilting base created for an animatronic prop.

Dear All,

I need a pneumatic tilting base for an animatronic prop. The prop will attach to the base using a standard 3.6cm pole in diameter. The prop needs to be able to move independently on two different axis ( both front to back and left to right). All motion should be acheived by pneumatics. You may choose any standard size cylinders for this. The prop should have a total of 4 air cylinders, two for each axis. Please provide me with diagrams and building instructions and even CAD design, and i will get going building.
