I need a Design/Tech Pack for a bag

I need a design/tech pack, to provide to manufacturers in order to produce a dog walking bag for daily use. Details of the bag are:
1. Dimensions to be H20cm x W20cm x D8cm
2. One surface mounted front pocket with pop/button closure
3. Two Separate zipped sections - section towards rear of bag to offer more space/wider opening
4. Pocket on right hand side of the bag to feature a pop/button closure, and opening at the bottom of the pocket to allow for dog poo bag dispensing
5. Matching pocket on left hand side with pop/button closure, but no opening at the bottom.
6. One D-ring above each side pocket to allow for attached a strap.

Photo attached of similar product for inspiration, but would like the rear section's zip placed more to the centre to create a wider opening.
