I need a civil engineer to design a brand new bridge in autocad

Hey, I need a civil engineer to design a brand new bridge for me in autocad and do calculations for it too. I want the bridge to be as if it was going to be built. So basically I am a college student and got a project in which I got an old bridge made in 1931 crossing a river. The old bridge is about 35 meters long and its an arch bridge. What I need is 3-4 autocad drawings.
A plan of the entire bridge from top view. Both profiles horizontal and front. I need calculations of the bridge too, So the entire construction is up to you on how you chose to design it. But I want it to be a simple bridge, maybe a beam bridge, but that is completely up to you. I will leave images of the old bridge below so you have an idea on how it looks now and I will also send you a autocad file of the bridge from the top view. The autocad file below is a reconstruction of the bridge done a some company. But that is just for you to see how I want the new bridge to look. A simple clean beam bridge with both profiles and a calculation. If you need any more details, measurments or whatever just get back to me. The length between the abutments is 32 Meters.
