I need a design of Aluminium Fishing boat under 7m long. This design has to be of the boat that is 6950mm long as it will be suitable for lesser certification requirements by governing body in UK.

Here is some targets that i need this boat to achieve. Please note that this targets are not set in stone and can be modified or adjusted in order to gain benefit or avoid complication in the build.

Overall length - 6950mm
Beam - 2700mm
Hull type - semi plaining.
Cruising speed of 17 knots (loaded)
Boat to go plaining in the range of 10 knots when loaded
