Home accessories product design tech pack

I am looking for a product designer to create a tech pack / CAD design to pull together all the details of my homeware accessory product design and document all measurements/ sizing, colour, etc. The first product design I require is a bath mat then table runner and napkins etc to take to manufactuers for sample and production.

An additional bonus will be someone with experience designing homewares, towels, bath mat, with knowledge of specific product design elements and fabrics etc.
