I need a MapInfo expert to extract and georeference 45 maps in from pdf to geotiff.
1. Convert pdf to tiffs
2. georeference the maps into MapInfo
3. rectify maps in Mapinfo
4. digitize map boundary - save as a separate mapinfo file
5. clip map by boundary file
6. Export image as a geotiff with a true world file (twf)
