Garden Tree House Platform

I am seeking a qualified CAD designer and architect to develop detailed plans for an ambitious backyard treehouse project. Set within a gently sloping woodland garden, the design calls for a raised wooden structure and deck to be suspended between two large oak trees, elevated two to four meters above the forest floor.

The treehouse platform should provide an open-air entertaining space accessible by stairs yet well sheltered within the trees' canopy. As the land drops away down the slope, the raised design will allow visitors to enjoy views back across the private woodland garden from this secluded perch. Utility connections are not required given the treehouse's remote location within the property.

The completed CAD drawings and architectural plans will be submitted for UK planning approval. A full site survey has been conducted to capture dimensions of the surrounding trees and topography. The treehouse structure itself should be minimally invasive and self-supporting without needing to rely on affixing to the trees for stability. Elevations, sections, and all other necessary documentation should be provided to strict scale for the application. Expert arborist oversight of the installation process will also be arranged.
