Foundation Design and Calculations - Dormer Bungalow

Hi, I am currently working on building regulations for a new dormer bungalow and requir the following to satisy building contol;

- Foundation design and calculations (Note - BCO has requested pad foundation due to trees in vacinity of slab)

I've attached floor plan, elevations and site plan for your reference and can provide a mark up with approx location of trees and heights etc. However the main tree which is concern is a 14-16m oak tree located approx 2.5m to the left and 2m to the back of the dwelling if you are looking at it from the car parking spots.
