Floor plan + technical design for plumbing, dranage and electrical installation

Design details: Looking for a floor plan for a 4 bedroom house. 1 main bathroom, 2 bedrooms with ensuite and closets and 2 bedrooms with closets. Studio annexe to be situated at the side rear of the property including a kitchen, closet , toilet and shower. Entrance for the annex from the rear veranda. Please see attachment for more details.

Plan to also include technical drawings of plumbing, drainage and electrical installation.

If possible a 3D plan to be included with design which will include furniture positions etc.

Looking for someone with previous experience within this industry also unlimited revisions to the designs. Also good communication skills.

Open to architectural ideas regarding how the rooms should be shaped and overall shape of house etc.
