Electric Plans for Property

I have a .dwg file of electric plans for the total wiring of a large house.

I need:

three or so alterations to the room layouts - ie walls moved and the staircase repositioned. there is probably a bit of cad work to do with the stairs as the stair manufacturer has hand drawn this element so far. i can provide their scanned drawings.
the plans pdf'd into sections where different areas of the house are able to fix on to A3 printouts at a 1:25 scale
the electric plans changed as necessary
the key to be put on to each separate a3 pdf with only the items used in that area shown on the key
different colours used in the key to aid eletricians

and then all of the plans re-collated so that they then all fit at 1:50 onto A1, changing the colours to make this version black and white

This work is needed by next wednesday and I am ready to start immediately.
