DWG or Layout file from a .skp file I have created...

Design details: I have generated a Sketchup file and need it transferred either into Layout or re created as a DWG file. It is for an architect and the design is an automatic underground set of car park gates. It is not 100% accurate or to scale, but is pretty much there, I would say 90% accuracy. I tend to add dimensions in and if they are slightly out I edit them for screenshot or export as 2D Graphic. However, the architect requires these drawings.

I don't have a license sketchup account, so no access to layout. Is there anyway someone can transfer the design into Layout, so it can be view like a architectural drawing style page, then sent to me as a PDF or some file I can edit?

I need to add address details somewhere, drawing number, file name, dimensions, etc. If it can be down, just dimension arrows to which I can photoshop or edit in the correct measurements? It doesn't have to be spot on, I just need it to be viewed as a DWG file or similar. I can edit a lot myself, just don't have access to the software.
