Draw up a survey of a 2 bedroom flat in dwg

I need someone who can draw up 2D plans from hand-drawn notes made on site. See example plan for typical as well as the record of survey taken on site. There are over a hundred photos for additional reference.

DWG file of the plans required, ideally within 2 days. Drawn in millimetres, rounded to nearest 5mm. Include text showing heights of ceilings, downstands, window cill/head heights. Sample CAD drawing with linetypes/layer names will be provided for copying.
