Draw, design and amend Cad file

Using auto cad and also too scale, design, draw and amend a cad file of plans and elevations of a mid terraced UK residential home (existing and proposed). This new build project requires high quality and level of detail and instructions to turn the cad file into a tendering document. Tasks are 

1st - revise whole cad file and do Amendments on all elevations, all plans and all sections on the cad file as per client instructions. Cad file to be completely tidied up including all unessary details removed and measurements checked to make sure they are accurate and consistent, errors fixed on whole cad file, bathroom and kitchen arrangements fixed..  Higher quality details required especially the with the plumbing plans and heating plans the sewage plans, the guttering and surface water flow plans.....all as per client requirements..

Organise .. original house...exiting house ...proposed house ..

Organise proposed house to show 

A) Structural details on plans and elevations 

B) Mechanical details on plans and elevations ( use layering on auto cad)

C) Architectural/finishing details Including electrical (use layering on auto cad) 


 regularly communication is essential with client on this task. Amendments done step by step with client input.


Then CAD FILE must then be checked and approved by client before proceeding with 2nd st


2nd- Quatity surveying and building materials estimation and notes
Provide a detailed Microsoft Excel sheet listing all the materials fixtures and fittings needed for the rebuilding of the proposed house. This must include everything..steel beams, lintels, windows, doors, radiators, roof materials, floor tiles, copper pipe, plastic pipes, basins, wc,sky lights...more everything..
Provide references in the cad file to items and match this to excel sheet where possible 

excel sheet columns..... ref - quantities -description - sizes/dimensions -location - notes
Then Excel and CAD FILE must then be checked and approved by client before proceeding with 3rd step.



3rd - High quality,  detailed SHOP Drawings for every element of the proposed house with instructions provided. Extra detail and instructions provided on the damproofing of the whole house. Use layer feature on Auto cad 

Then CAD FILE must then be checked and approved by client with time provided to request any alterations and addtion.
