Design details: I need a draftsperson to draw up CAD drawings for a Certificate of Lawfulness application in London. You will need to visit the property to measure it up. Drawings will be required as 'proposed' for the application including elevations and floor plans. Property based in Hackney.
Property is currently used as five flats over 5 floors (including loft and basement).
Please do not enquire further if you have a busy workload as I would like the drawings prepared within 2-4 weeks maximum.
