Double Leaf Height Barrier SM

I need a drawing of a double leaf height barrier. The bottom will need to have base plates for surface mounting. the fixing size will be M20 x 150mm concrete bolts. Each base plate will have 12no fixing holes.
Each barrier leaf will have an extension handle so that it can be operated at shoulder height, and low level locking shoot bolt (as per drawing attached.
Base plate dimension is 600 x 600 x 8mm with 21mm diam holes for 20mm fixing bolts
Hinge post will be 100 x 100 steel box section
Horizontals will be 80x80mm steel box section
I have shown the extension handle on the upright posts in more detail on the handsketch
