Detailed site plan

This project entails the creation of permit-ready site and floor plans for a residential property undergoing renovations. The site plan will depict the lot boundaries, existing structures, proposed addition footprint, zoning district, setback dimensions, lot coverage calculations, and distances to property lines. Any utility easements, if applicable, will also be referenced. Basic floor plans of the new kitchen and two bedrooms will include dimensional scaled drawings and room labeling. The site plan must verify conformance to all local zoning regulations regarding setbacks, lot coverage, and other development standards to be approved for a building permit. Produced drawings should utilize standard architectural graphic conventions and include a title block with project address and drawing titles/indexes for clear identification. The objective is to provide the client with layouts suitable for both planning department and contractor review as the first step towards the renovation process. Adherence to accuracy and clarity of information depicted are paramount.
