Detailed architect design

We have some drawings submitted for planning for 2 extensions to our house which will replace the current wrap-around/lean-to. Looking to develop them into detailed design. I know the build-ups i need i think but would take your advice on this. eg could a lime cement floor on geocell be easier than suspended timber?
