The section has a huge potential.
One of the things I'd start thinking about is cleaning this up from all the "ornamentation" of louvers and things that make no sense right now and to be more rigourous in the shape of the spaces and the relationships among them. Besides the way you're trying to manage light, and how light is coming into the building, there is a potential to investigate how the different parts of the program are assemble as a puzzle , playing with different shapes and scale.
I'd suggest this:
1- Clear this up, leave only the essential.
2- Bring what you have here to plans and from there, adjust organization and look for the relationship and connection among the spaces.
3- Make the section again, and now add another one in the other direction.
If you look at the section, in a first sketch of how a plan can be, it is very obvious that you have a linear organization that vary depending on the floor in where you're at, look at my red lines in the section.
