Design of faceplate for electronics box

I have a drawing with dimensions of a face plate for a new product in pdf or jpg format. I need an eps file, probably by redrawing it in a CAD package. We need all the connectors, LED and switch positions to stay in the same place, but also to add a background design of zebra stripes to the unit. This will require the text labels to alternate in colour on the stripes so that they remain readable. We also require the addition of a couple of logos to the product which we can supply. We plan to use black screen print on anodised aluminium, or possibly black and white paint on the plate - happy to discuss with the winning bidder. We'd like the work done by Friday.
