Delivery box

Overview:
We are designing a secure parcel delivery box for residential use. The box will be mounted outside the home and will ensure safe and convenient parcel deliveries. Here are the key features and requirements for the design:

Design Specifications:

1. Structure:
• Dimensions:
• Large Box: 40 inches (height) x 20 inches (width) x 15 inches (depth)
• Medium Box: 30 inches (height) x 15 inches (width) x 12 inches (depth)
• Door:
• The door will cover the entire front panel.
• It will have two hinges at the top.
• Automated locking system on the right-hand side of the door (internal).
2. Security Features:
• Automated Locking System:
• Internal magnetic locks that secure the door.
• Locks will be controlled by a device inside the box.
• Anti-Theft System:
• Equipped with a spirit level to detect movement.
• If the box is moved, an alarm (sound and light) will be triggered from the top of the box.
• Sends an alert to the owner’s mobile device.
3. Smart Integration:
• Wireless Connectivity:
• The box will connect to the homeowner’s Wi-Fi network.
• Integration with smart home devices, including a camera doorbell.
• Delivery Notifications:
• When a delivery person arrives, the camera doorbell will notify the owner.
• The owner can unlock the box via their phone for the delivery.
• Once the door is closed, the box locks automatically and confirms the lock on the owner’s phone.
