Convert AutoCAD dwg/dwt template to Revit template

Design details: I need my AutoCAD template file converting into a template for Revit.

I have attached a PDF plot of the file which includes an A1 and an A0 sheet.

I need both these sheet sizes copied over exactly "as is" so when I publish an AutoCAD or a Revit drawing, the sheet sizes and title block/text etc are all identical and in identical locations. I will need the new sheets to auto update the text as per a regular revit sheets.

I will forward the dwt and the dwg file to the successful bidder. I will also forward the fonts if required?

P.S. I will probably have some Revit work in the near future "New Build houses" or maybe just the parts I get stuck with? as I'm changing over to Revit for new build work. You must be extremely proficient in it's use. Please get in touch if you think you can be of service. I would particularly hear from designers who use Revit for new builds on a regular basis.
