Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Conversion of 16 .dwg or .dxf files to a Solidworks 3D animated model. The combined drawings make up a welding machine.
Modelling has already been started using Solidworks 2015 and these models are included. I will also provide links and notes about ancillary items that are to be included
Since Solidworks 2015 is not backwards compatible with earlier versions of Solidworks, it would make sense to continue on with the existing models and use SW2015. However, it is not an issue if you wish to start again using an earlier version of Solidworks.
I've attached a couple of the files so you can have a preview.
This is a Dropbox link to a machine we had modelled previously which demonstrates what we want.

I will provide contact details for the drawings originator for answering queries
Will consider both fixed price and hourly rates. The priority is to get 2 versions of a rotating view of the assembled machine. One version will have one head, the other version will have 2 heads - 1 head and 2 head models. (As per the single head rollcladder and twin head rollcladder layout drawings.) We do not need an animated fully working machine. We initially want assembled, rotational models that can be emailed to clients.
