1, Sketches of design Elements
2, Autocad layouts and sections
4, 3D model in DWG format. Please note the model is not accurate as it was done during concept stage
5, Some 3D renderings.
Deliverables;
1, 12 X SECTIONS( including sectional perspectives). Wall sections
2, General Floor plans .
3, Furniture layouts
4, Floor finishes
5, Wall finishes
6, Construction details
7, Shop front Elevations
8, Ceiling plans
9, Ceiling details
10, electrical and plumbing
11, Schedules and quantities
Candidates must show Revit examples of their work in PDF format
