Civil3D Autodesk advice & Skype demo on fixing 'Scaling Issues' in my drawings.

My problem is understanding the scaling problem of my points styles and Point labels sizing differently in Model space and Paper Space.

I use Autodesk Civil3d to provide dwg drawings of data captured from a GNSS topographical survey. I have never understood why (or what scaling settings) should be set to allow icons and text to scale correctly between Model Space & Paper Space.

I need someone to look at my dwg files and to explain where my issue is. I can provide the files as well being available for a Skype session on my PC to investigate and explain my understanding.
