- design and draw the underfloor storage with gas strut opening ( ground floor). similar to outbuilding add full details of construction and floor design.
- Sauna design / sauna ventilation and airflow. design and draw and detail with text the construction of a sauna and cloths drying area in first floor bathroom. and provide full and clear details to build it otherwise cad file. recommend materials and add to boq
- draw and add text to cad file to clearly show the damp proofing details for all ceilings, floors, roof and walls and floors of the proposed house.
- Add text and highlight the proposed work on the Existing house - plans and elevations which are on the cad file.
- Provide more details of the man hole design and connection and also the connection to shared neighbours manhole and how the foundations will be created around this area.
- small Amendments required on all elevations, all plans and all sections on the cad file as per client instructions. Cad file to be tidied up further including all unessary details removed and check to make sure they are accurate and consistent, make sure errors fixed on whole cad file, bathroom and kitchen arrangements fixed on all layouts..all as per client requirements.. regularly communication is essential with client on this task. Amendments done step by step with client input. examples.. identify the exposed beams and make it clear.
