Description

Experience Level: Entry
Design details: We would like someone to produce plans and elevations of a pub near Leek in Staffordshire. The building would need to be surveyed and measurements taken, so it would require someone actually coming to the building. It is approx. 3500 sq ft.
Once the plans are produced there would then be a follow up piece of work to divide the building in to two residential units.
Ideas for the visual style: Detail of existing building (grade II listed)
