CAD Drawing to scale bar editing - 5 min job

Unfortunately I hired a designer on here to create some current and proposed plans for planning permission for some fencing that would be higher than the allowed 1m at the front of my property, who will not respond now they have the money. That person created the plans that has an inaccurate scale bar which means the planning permission is rejected. The scale bar should show on a 1:50 ratio 5m but the measurements actually equate to about 7.5m. I need someone who can literally change the scale bars to the correct size so I can resubmit, which should be a 5 minute job. I have the .dwg files I can send and there are 2 drawings that need the correction to the scale bar. If you could quickly check the overall drawings whilst doing this work, that would be appreciated.
