CAD drawing required for gate design

I have a gate which needs to be designed and have a CAD drawing to present to the client for approval.
The gate will be constructed from steel box section and will have a welded on steel profiled decorative overlay. I have attached a drawing which provides and indication of what is required. The client requires the design to avoid any finger trap.

I will require part drawings and a 3D model for approval
