CAD designs and techincal drawings on solidworks of vehicle

I need someone to create CAD designs and technical drawings on solid works of a wind powered vehicle that I am creating, I have completed rough hand sketches of what the vehicle would look like however they are not perfect and some details will need to be added by you. the requirements of what needs to be in the final design and the initial hand sketches will be attached. i need all of this work to be done prior to the 10th of June at 10pm GMT+4
