Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I require a full set of Building Regulations drawings + Specification that can be submitted to the Local Authority. I will be able to supply the Planning drawings in cad file and will be able to provide details of the existing structure.
I have used other people in the past who have failed to produce high quality work. If you are not capable of producing the work please do not respond.
I am outsourcing the work purely because I cannot manage the current work load - therefore, there is scope for a future partnership arrangement
