Building Control Package for 2 x Semi-Detached Houses

Project goal
To prepare a Building Control package including internal review and structural calculations for two semi-detached houses in the UK.
Structural Engineer would need to be registered and insured in the UK - do not apply if that is not the case.

Scope of work
- Conduct an internal review of provided planning documents for 74m2 and 76m2 semi-detached houses to 1. Comply with requirement M4(2) Accesibility requirement, 2. add an ensuite on 1st floor and 3. add a staircase going into the loft area.
- Proceed with necessary structural calculations post-review.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations.

I am looking to get it ready in around 1 to 2 weeks.

Price is a guideline, can be discussed prior to starting.
