AutoCAD or ArchiCAD Drafter & Basic 3D (NOT render) and Great Topo Understanding

Design details: Looking for a drafter to create the 3D model (not render) and 2D plan views for a single family residence approximately 7,000sq ft.

Must be EXCELLENT at reading Topographic plans on hillside so you can correctly put the house on the land. The house is built in to land/mountain on one side and exposed on the other.

We have: We only have the topo CAD file and sketches of what we would like on the property. The basic house sketch to start with. See attached.

We need:
1. Take basic house "boxes" and put them in a CAD model with 3-D boxes including correct terrain from topo map. THE FILES MUST BE ABLE TO BE EXPORTED AS FULLY WORKABLE AUTOCAD FILES IN 2D.
2. We will then send comments to cut away areas from the boxes once we see how it looks.
3. Eventually make the interior floor plan more detailed
4. Continue making design suggestions and implementing our comments on how the house shape develops. We will also ask you to add the driveway to the plan as well.
5. Complete grading calculations for total cut and fill.

Please send us your COST for the above and samples of related work you did. RELATED WORK MUST BE HILLSIDE.
