Hello,
I have a circuit to simulate and make an amplifier.
The amplifier : takes 1v pk-pk from (0 to 1v) from 1hz to 3Mhz to 12v pk-pk (0v to 12v) this is an AC signal.
The output will then be heterodyned with two sources using one of the following mosfet:
CSD19533
STP6N62K3
IPA50R950CE
IRF630
