Add finishing render-touches to my photo

My issue - this is 'The Summit' 'Apartment over garage' render that we sell on our website

The attached photos are what it looked like when we finally built one. It wasnt built with a balcony due to cost BUT the photo is hideous

I am hoping you can render it a little to just make it look attractive to buy

maybe
A cute awning over the red entrance door?
larger windows?
outdoor lights?

I'm sure its just small touches required, but looking for expert guidance
