ACAD Create multiple layouts with viewports from a model space

We need an advanced AutoCAD draftsman to create multiple layouts with viewports from model space for several ongoing projects.
The sample attached is a room with an area of about 1500 sq.feet. About 10-15 pages Interior design project. Format drawing for plotting/printing, add title, page numbers, use x-references, add notes, symbols, details, place proper notes, place objects in proper, corresponding layers, print read-proof multi PDF file.
The candidate needs to provide an example of work in the DWG format saved in an older version of AutoCAD (2005/2007).
We will only reply to freelancers who submitted DWG samples and demonstrated such skills.
