A4 Emergency Lighting Layout Drawings Required

Convert Scanned Floor Plans to Clean A4 PDFs + Emergency Lighting Markup
Project Description:
I require a freelancer to convert scanned PDF floor plans into clean, professional digital drawings, followed by a second stage where emergency lighting details are added.
This is for a UK commercial premises and will be used for audit documentation.
Stage 1 – Digital Redraw
I will provide scanned PDF floor plans (can be rough / marked up)
You will:
Reproduce these into clean, accurate digital drawings split in to North and South sides so they got on to an A4 page clearly.
Maintain layout, walls, doors, and key features
Keep drawings simple and clear (no over-detailing required)
Output required (Stage 1):
Clean PDF drawings (A4 format) for review separate A4 page per side North and South side for each floor Lower Ground - Ground - 1st - 2nd - 3rd (9 x A4 Pages)
Stage 2 – Emergency Lighting Markup
I will mark up the drawings with:
Emergency light positions
Exit signage positions
You will then:
Add clear symbols for:
Emergency lights (3hr non-maintained)
Exit signs (running man directional)
Add ID references next to each fitting (e.g. EL1, EL2, EL3…)
Ensure drawings are clean and easy to read
Drawing Requirements
9 separate drawings (one per area)
All drawings must be properly set out in A4 format (not scaled down)
Clear, consistent layout across all sheets
Include a legend / key for symbols
Suitable for audit / compliance use
Simple, professional contractor-style presentation
Output Required
Final PDFs only (A4, print ready – 9 sheets)
Important Notes
This is NOT a design job — system already exists
Accuracy and clarity are critical
Must follow a 2-stage process (redraw + markup update)
UK electrical / fire drawing experience preferred
Timescale
Stage 1: ASAP (ideally within 24 hours)
Stage 2: Fast turnaround after markup returned
