A professional design of a turbo charger jet engine

Hello there! For a school project I have to design a tubo charger jet engine, I want to design the exact thing as shown in this short video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gh34A0b8MrE&t=52s . However I have no experience with 3D cad drawing. Is there maybe anyone who is interrested to do this, I dont have a lot of budget, luckely making this wont take a lot of time, as long as you know how to do it. I'm 16 years old and I would be incredibly happy if someone would want to do this.
