Hi
We are buying two small pieces of land from our neighbour. We need 2 x plans showing these, which have the following characteristics:
drawn accurately to a stated scale (the preferred scales are 1:1250 – 1:500)
· shows its orientation (for example, a north point)
· shows sufficient detail to be identified on the Ordnance Survey map
· clarifies its general location by showing roads, road junctions or other landmarks
· is based on a scale of metric measurement
· includes a bar scale
· land and property clearly identified (for example by red edging, colouring, stippling or hatching)
We have a DWG file for a survey showing the area, but need to get a print file of the relevant areas hatched and scaled appropriately, without the unnecessary detail.
I attach the DWG file and two hand drawn sketches of the two plans we are hoping to result in, just more accurately, in an appropriate scale per above, and with the specifications above. Also maybe zoomed out a bit to show more of the area.
Is this something you can help with?
Thanks
