Masks on 9”x300’ or 300 “pages”
8”/7”/6”
KID
1 page/ft (9”x12”) of Kid “cheeks” 225 cuts =56.25 masks.
1 page/ft kid “chin” 390 cuts=195 masks
1 page/ft kid “nose” bottom 32 cuts top 32=M cuts=32 masks.
Then add pages of cheek & noses till they are close to =195 Of Chin.
6 pages nose top &
6 pages nose bottom= 192 masks
3.4 pages cheek=194 masks
1 page chin=195 masks
So 16.4 pages/ft=192 full kid masks
16.4 pages/ft goes into 50ft 3x (150 split into 3) 50ft of hydrogel makes 576 kid masks
49.2 pages is what will make 576 full kid masks
MEDIUM
1 page/ft “cheek”=89 cuts
1 page/ft “chin”=199 cuts
1 page/ft “nose” bottom =24 cuts
1page/ft “nose” top=23 cuts
1 page/ft Cheek =22.25 masks
1 page/ft Chin=99.5 masks
2 pages Nose bottom & top=23 masks
4.47 pages of cheek=99.45 masks
1page chin =99.5 masks
8.64pages nose=99.36 masks
14.11pages=99 Medium masks
14.11pages into 50ft 3.54x
49.9pages/ft will make 350 full medium masks
Large
1page/ft “cheek” =52 cuts
1page/ft “chin”=90 cuts
1page/ft “nose” bottom =15 cuts
1page/ft “Nose” top=14 cuts
1 page/ft Cheek=13 masks
1 page/ft Chin=45 masks
2pages/ft Nose=14 masks
3.46page cheek=44.98 masks
1page chin=45 masks
6.42pages nose bottom+top=44.94 masks
10.88pages/ft into 50ft=4.59x
49.9pages/ft=206 large full masks
That means 9”x150’ =1,132 full 8”/7”/6” masks… my math correct?
7.5”/6.5”/5”
KID
1 page (9”x12”) of Kid “cheeks” 225=56.25 masks.
1 page kid “chin” 390=195 masks
1 page kid “nose” bottom 42 cuts top 40 cuts =40 masks.
Then add pages of cheek & noses till they are close to =195 Of Chin.
4.8pages nose top &
4.6pages nose bottom= 192 masks
3.4 pages cheek=194 masks
1 page chin=195 masks
So 9.4 pages/ft=192 full kid masks
9.4 pages/ft goes into 50ft 5.3x (150 split into 3) 50ft of hydrogel makes 1,017 full kid masks
49.8pages is what will make 1,017 full kid masks
MEDIUM
1 page/ft “cheek”=89 cuts
1 page/ft “chin”=199 cuts
1 page/ft “nose” bottom =25 cuts
1page/ft “nose” top=23
1 page/ft Cheek =22.25 masks
1 page/ft Chin=99.5 masks
2pages/ft Nose bottom & top=23 masks
4.47 pages of cheek=99.45 masks
1page chin =99.5 masks
8.64pages nose=99.36 masks
14.11pages=99 Medium masks
14.11pages into 50ft 3.54x
49.9pages/ft will make 350 full medium masks
Large
1page/ft “cheek” =52 cuts
1page/ft “chin”=90 cuts
1page/ft “nose” bottom =15 cuts
1page/ft “Nose” top=14 cuts
1 page/ft Cheek=13 masks
1 page/ft Chin=45 masks
2 pages/ft Nose=14 masks
3.46page cheek=44.98 masks
1page chin=45 masks
6.42pages nose bottom+top=44.94 masks
10.88pages/ft into 50ft=4.59x
49.9pages/ft=206 large full masks
1,573 masks total on 9”x150’
I have all the cad drawings but only let me put 3 so I put the 9”x12” of cheek cuts large/medium/kid.
I will supply the rest once work has commenced.
Thank You
