3D lipstick design

Design details: Multi Lipstcick - 4 in 1 an idea innovate from the multi byro pen (URL included)

Circular lipstick, with 4 equal sections built to the base of the design, with 4 slide mechanisms separated equally around the outer, where the lipstick itself would be slid up. Also 4 slightly raised dotted finger grips in between each slide.

I would like the entire product to be white with black font stating the brand name 'elliTe lips' in Helvetica Neue UltraLight 12 please.

Extra notes: I have included drawings to show how I would like the design to look, with the measurements displayed.

I haven't drew a lid on the left design, but on the drawing on the right I have stated where the lid would be, so the design mechanisms and grips would start lower down because of this. And then please make a standard lid that will fit with the piece (not attached to the lipstick though- show them separated) - included pics to a generic lipstick lid and the slide mechanism.
