3D Cad Design with Rendering

Information for the business: 3D Auto Cad Plan and Video
Design details: I have a modular building concept made up of 50 equally sized module frames.

I need to pull together a basic cad drawing to reflect the overall layout and dimensions.

I need to create a 3D CAD video showing the assembly of these modules in a colour coded order.

The video will then show a roof being added over the top of the modules along with an external laser cut skeleton being wrapped around the building form the outside.

Finally I would then require rendering to resemble a site including trucks parked out front etc.

I would prefer to pay by the hour rather than as a fixed price.

I need to have the job finished (including any additional iterations) by Sunday October 5th.

I would prefer someone who can work during South East Asian business hours who is proficient in English.
