3d architectural visualisation

I require a landscaped courtyard to be added to an existing 3d max file with existing vray materials. The courtyard is approx 600 sqm and is a straightforward layout of soft l/scaping with hard surface access route.

Also required Vray lighting and some basic furniture required for 3 room scenes where materials have already been applied. It doesn't require photoreal quality

The main issue is time. I need the files returned by Thurday 9th May at 9pm.
