3 highway designs

1 project is active travel project, not a big one, just adding tactile crossings, widening section of footway and removing traffic island and traffic lights, some hedge cutting. Second to put parking bays on one of residential roads, and third is to design improvement in industrial roundabout either add another lane or find a solution which I can explain

Thank you for the reply, are these adopted highways? If so then we will need a Section 278 to complete such works, if you could please confirm.
