Website Branding Strategy Needed

I am looking for someone to help in the redesign of my current ecommerce website. I am intending to create a new look - attractive to 25-40 yr women in particular, with a strong identity. Something fresh looking, but still with a corporate feel. The business area is homewares.

The output I would look for is a proposal for two different styles, including proposed background ideas, detail, and logo. This is a concept piece rather than the finished article.
