Specific book cover design

I am looking for a designer to produce a book cover for me. I have attached an image that has the design I am looking for. The design features a light bulb with dark green marks showing countries like a globe. There is no need for the yellow light (as seen on the attached image) as I do not want any yellow on the design.

Once the light bulb/globe has been designed, I would like some sketched icons like the ones on the attached image. Please can these be a light grey colour in pencil/sketch effect.

I need the book cover to be white and dark green. On the design I have attached (showing the layout of the book cover) the shaded part at the bottom of the book needs to be dark green whilst the rest of the cover can be left white. All text should be dark green except for text overlaying the green strip at the bottom which I would like to be white.

I WILL NOT RESPOND TO TEMPLATE COPY AND PASTE OFFERS - I will employ a designer that can show a rough design of the light bulb as I do not want something copied from the internet or something completely different to what I have asked for. I will not be able to accept the work if it is not done to the standard of the attached image. I need the light bulb to look very similar to the one on the light bulb image.
